Pregnancy Circle

Fortnightly group circle

All trimesters welcome

Pregnancy can feel a little lonely and daunting for some.

From those first few weeks & months to those last few weeks of feeling you are very ready to welcome birth.

Having the opportunity to speak openly with others on the same journey can be hugely comforting.

This fortnightly two hour circle is an opportunity to meet other mothers, talk through how you are feeling, ask opinions and share useful knowledge on preparing for baby and your transition into motherhood whether it be your first or 3rd!

If time allows each circle will end with a short guided relaxation & bump connection, so bring a pillow, mat and blanket.

Thriving with two

Group workshop - 4.5 hours

So you have navigated the rollercoaster of becoming parents, but what does that look like with a 2nd child?

Preparing to welcome your second child can be exciting and nerve wracking all at the same time.

Some find the jump from one to two uneventful, but many find it to be quite a shock.

From navigating mum guilt & first childs emotional needs, honouring the first forty days, to feeling the frustrations of your family not quite helping how you need them to.

This workshop helps identify all these areas and give you the confidence to build a strong foundation for you all to thrive from!

We will also go over some of the basics of baby wearing & bringing ceremony and traditions into your home

To reminding ourselves of some of the top practical must haves.
